The vending fee includes Extravaganza registration and guest swag bag for one person.
Area is 10’ x 12’ and up to 3 tables (2 1/2’ x 6’) are available for your use. Tables will be arranged in a U shape.
Electrical outlets and wireless internet are available, but you may want to bring an extension cord and/or power strip, just in case.
Anyone may vend (including beaders, jewelry makers, etc.), but keep in mind that the majority of attendees will be knitters and spinners.
ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR VENDORS: Please sell whatever you’re selling to our attendees only, not to the general public. Otherwise, you’ll have to fill out a vendor’s form and may be required to turn over a portion of your proceeds to the State Park System.
WAYS TO BE A SPONSOR:
Donate merchandise for 200 "swag bags." Please coordinate with AnneBeanVA so there are no duplicate donations.
Donate merchandise for door prizes.
Sponsor a light breakfast for attendees on Saturday morning. Danishes/cinnamon rolls $16.00/dozen, coffee $15.00/pot.
Sponsors will be listed in the Extravaganza Program.
SPECIAL ARKANSAS YARN SHOP SPONSORSHIPS:
For a special sponsorship of $75.00, Arkansas Yarn Shops may have their information printed on the backs of the Extravaganza souvenir shirts.
Sponsors will be listed in the Extravaganza Program and may place promotional materials from their shops in the 200 guest swag bags.
For those shops that will be vending on December 5, the vending fee of $30.00 is credited toward the shirt sponsorship.
